A credit card deposit in the amount of 50% of your total bill is required at the time of reservation, and is subject to our 30 day advance notice cancellation policy.
Check In Time: Anytime after 4pm
Check out time: 11am
A 30 day advance written notice is required for all cancellations. If a 30 day advance notice is given, you’re 50% deposit will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.
Dogs are welcome as we are a pet friendly accommodation provider. Dogs must not be left un-attended on the premises unless properly crated. Please clean up after your pet and unacceptable damage incurred by a pet will be deducted form damage deposit.
Additional guests 16 years of age or older is an additional $50 each, per night. **Please contact us for how we can accommodate your larger group size**
A separate $300 damage deposit will be processed on your credit card upon arrival.
