Fishing in Tofino during the early season of March and April can be excellent, but the variable of early season storms makes travel conditions challenging at times. So when a one day window was available to make the fishing trip happen, having the weather cooperate for this unique fishing trip was paramount in having a quality experience on the water.
When weighing the options and first considering an early season chinook salmon and halibut fishing experience Cleanline suggested a more unique fly fishing trip in the heart of Clayoquot Sound, accessed only by float plane. All accommodations were provided by the prestigious Wickaninnish Inn, on the surf exposed shoreline of Tofino’s unique coast.
